• List on the job accomplishments especially that will transfer to the new position you are interviewing for
• Do not leave you your job objective - employers want to know they are hiring someone interested in the position available
• Fill resume with Problem-Action-Results statements
• Do not include religious or ethnic affiliations

INTERVIEWING

• Follow directions for the hiring process at the company you are interested in
• Prepare for the interview - prepare an information sheet about the company you are interview ing with
• Practice interviewing - find a friend or family member that can ask you questions in a mock interview
